Here is the story about MailKick.
Every day, my inbox is full of things I need to track:
– “Can you review this deck by tomorrow?”
– “Follow up next week.”
– “Don’t forget the client call on Friday.”
I used to manually copy/paste all that into Notion… and I’d still miss stuff.
So I built MailKick: just CC or forward emails to MailKick and it instantly creates a task in Notion (or Google Calendar, Slack, Sheets, etc.). No setup, no plugins, just email.
Example:
“@MailKick add this to my Notion to-do list for tomorrow.” ✅
It’s like having a personal assistant living inside your inbox.
I just launched the closed beta and would love feedback from this community. If you’re curious (or overwhelmed by your inbox like me), you can sign up here: MailKick

Abstract

MailKick is an email assistant that converts emails into tasks and integrates with various applications such as Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack. Users can simply forward or CC an email to MailKick and use natural language commands in the email body to instruct MailKick to perform tasks, including setting deadlines, priorities, or adding tasks to specific project boards. MailKick supports automated email workflows to handle recurring reports, client updates, or notifications. It goes beyond copying and pasting by intelligently extracting action items, recognizing contact details, and summarizing long email threads. MailKick serves as a universal hub, eliminating the need for separate email-to-task addresses for different apps. The service emphasizes user privacy, employing bank-level security measures and a commitment to never share or sell user data.
